PERSONAL COACHING

Training is a complicated process of knowing when and what to do to maximize both your overall fitness and ability to peak for a specific goal. My goal with coaching is always to build a strong relationship with each athlete so that we can have constant communication and work together on building and adjusting appropriate training based on their goals and time available. .

 

Coaching is a great option for the individual who is looking for guidance on long term development of their fitness and have very specific goals they wish to achieve. 

Whats Included: 

  • Training laid out 1-4weeks in advance.

  • Daily communication and feedback on workouts.

  • Phased and periodized training for running, strength, recovery, and cross training. 

  • Weekly adjustments to training based on athletes response. 

  • Monthly video call with your coach.

  • Continuous education on training philosophy and racing strategy.

Cost:  $199.00/month with a 4 month commitment.                                    

TRAINING PLANS

For those who want to sharpen up their fitness for a specific race. Each program is design to provide you the race specific training to best prepare you for the demand of your race and maximize your performance with your given fitness. 

 

Whats Included: 

SHORT RACE

Training to prepare for an OCR World Short Course, a Spartan Stadium race, or a Savage Blitz. This plan is focused on sharpening up speed, conditioning body to fast transitions, handling high intensity efforts without mistakes, and carrying weight fast.

Training for a Spartan Super, OCR World 15k, or a Savage Race. This  plan is focused on building longer tempo efforts, strength for carries, sustaining fast transitions, conditioning legs to handle technical running and sustaining speed on tired legs.

Training for a Mountain Race or a Spartan Beast. This plan is focus around conditioning leg to climb mountains fast, improve technical running, ability to run downhill fast, conditioning to sustain your best effort over a 2+ hour race.

I love to coach because I enjoy helping and providing educations to athlete! Sometimes all you need is a few new workout routines to boost your training! 

Each routine is delivered on PDF that provides routine instruction, purpose of routine, and links to video demonstration for each exercise (if applicable). Easily download to your phone and bring with you on the go! 

                              

HILL DRILLS

These drills are fantastic for building strong legs but also double as a method to build resilient legs to injury. Finally is the benefit of improving running mechanics. Hill drills are really a massive bang for your buck!
