Formulating specific goals and programming a periodized plan to maximize your peak performance on race day is the foundation of success. I work extensively with each athlete to uncover what matters most to them and determine an appropriate plan and schedule that help them reach their goal.
Communication + Relationship
Coaching is more than developing a program. I believe it's important to develop a strong relationship with each client so we can work together to achieve goals. There is constant communication via messaging and video calls to continuously determine what is working, how the athlete is responding and what adjustments may need to be made.
Great fitness only carries an athlete so far. Training tailored to the specific race intensity, duration, elevation profile, obstacles, and strategy is the key to performing at peak potential. I help the athlete determine specific demands for a race, the factors that will limit their performance and how can best prepare.
